Education World Ltd was launched in 2006 in response to the demands of local schools requiring innovative staffing solutions, brought about predominantly by the ‘Remodelling Agenda’ and the onset of ‘Extended School Services’. With these key governmental strategies impacting upon the schools, it became apparent that many of the traditional teacher recruitment agencies were not sufficiently positioned to provide the innovative and creative staffing solutions the schools now require.
With over 16 years experience at a senior level in the Education Recruitment market, our Managing Director Neil Coram, recognised that an opportunity existed to ‘provide traditional and creative staffing solutions to schools’. By applying the recognised industry standards of ‘Safeguarding Procedures’, along with rigorous interviewing and selection procedures, Education World Ltd has quickly established itself as a highly reputable and well respected local agency.
