We are committed to safeguarding children!
As existing clients will testify, Education World is entirely committed to safeguarding children and we ensure that all teachers who are placed into schools are thoroughly vetted. All Education World candidates are subject to the following before being placed into any of our client schools.
Face to Face Interview:
During the interview the client MUST provide the following items/documents:
- - CRB
- - Photo ID (Driving License and/or Passport)
- - Proof of Address (Recent utility bill and/or Bank Statement etc.)
- - References
The candidate will also be asked about any medical conditions they have that may affect their ability to teach.
Background Checks:
In addition to this, the candidate will also be subject to the following checks;
- - CRB
- - List 99
- - GTC (teachers only)
As a client school you will receive an email confirming that all the checks above have been conducted prior to the candidate arriving at your school. In addition to this, all Education World candidates are told to show a copy of their CRB to a member of staff within the school once they arrive at the premises.
If the candidate doesn’t show the CRB when arriving on the premises, please ask to see a copy of their CRB. It is mandatory for all Education World candidates to have a copy of their CRB when out working in schools.
